Appreciation

July 25, 2007.

Well, today was not a bad day after all. Though Abi canceled our appointment [halah] to watch Die Hard 4 for retrieving his exchange study program [T_T], I still enjoy my conversation with my cyber friend in Middle East. Abi came up this afternoon to make up the canceled appointment by bringing me a bucket of white roses [again...I thought]. As usual, my mother grabbed it for me as soon as she has shown her decency accepting Abi’s coming with asking many things about his family and his exchange study [L Mum, it’s yours!Enough with your ‘baa-basi’ ha3...]. I don’t really like flower and he did know that, I even had a thought that he brought it not for me but for my motha’ [L! Without her, we won’t be this close after all]. Well, I think it’s enough with my so-so appreciation. He’ll fly to Aussie soon enough and I have no idea how much I will be losing him when the time has come. I don’t want to do the same mistake or regret of losing someone who means a lot for me without showing my appreciation, my respect, or even my gratitude for his existence. I think Nabir could help me to do something before his going [apa ya kira-kira?].

Talking about his exchange study program, I think it’s kind of excitement hell get from it. But I never see him showing that kind of appreciation, even reaction, since he got that opportunity. Well Bi, just give it to me if you don’t have any intention to do it. You should show some appreciation at least. L!

I’ve been through AIESEC interview on Monday and the two interviewers asked me about using my own money to study abroad or join national/int’l conference. Well, I said it’s not a big deal for me [Beeeeh...belagu gila lo, Cha!]. No, no... It’s not like that. I do know that it’ll be costly for someone like me [someone like what?], but my parents always say that it’s not about how much you must pay but it’s about how much you earn [L deh Hep, it’s not always bout money. Okay!]. I don’t have to see it from the cost side, but I have to see it from the opportunities side. That opportunity is more precious than money you have to pay [Bi, mind you this!]. And I think it can be one of the best way of disappearing-completely-permanently program too for me. Ha... Ha... Ha...

May the force be with you.
